Job Description:
- Reading and following blueprints
- taking and following measurements
- using appropriate welding equipment
- setting up welding equipment
- operate a brake press and similar machines
- using calipers, rulers, clamps etc
- weld various materials and various positions but a focus on steel and flat position
- test and inspect weld surfaces
- maintain equipment
Job Requirements:
- 2 years minimum welding experience. Wage will be based on experience
- fitter welding experience required
- must be CWB certified
- flat ticket and/or experience preferred
Wage: $21 to $30/hr. Based on experience and skill set
