Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a production line
  • Directing Production Workers
  • Ensuring the integrity and safety of both, the product and the employees.
  • Following lean manufacturing and 5S programs
  • Assisting trade persons, machine operators and welders
  • Load and unload materials and moving materials
  • Providing assistance with various production tasks
  • Using hand tools, brake presses and drill presses
  • Sorting and cleaning salvaged materials
  • Removing ruble and other debris
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment
  • Stacking and piling lumber onto skids for shipment
  • Measuring greenhouse parts for accurate drilling

Job Requirements:
  • Must have leadhand experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Must have proven experience with lean manufacturing and 5S
  • Able to lift repeatedly
  • Using measuring tape (Basic knowledge required)
  • need work boots, gloves and safety glasses
  • Must be able to get to Vineland as there is no public transit available

Shifts: 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays
