• Infocision Announces Closure in Fort Erie

After discussing plans to expand the company, Infocision has taken a step backwards and has chosen to close after losing a vital contract with Rogers Canada.   Infocision has been providing inbound and outbound servicing calling for political, Christian, and non-profit fundraising causes since 1982, but has been primarily a customer care call centre in America since that date.

This is not the first instance of an American-based company recently closing office in Canada.  Thankfully, Infocision has announced that they will be honouring their promise to employees and will be giving out severance packages during the lay off process.
